All About Human was established in 2025 by Emel Abacı Adalıoğlu with the aim of spreading 30 years of private sector experience on a global scale. Our company aims to provide individuals and institutions with the competence of change and adaptation as part of business processes with a human centric approach and thus increase your performance. While implementing this, we work with your teams to support you with special solutions with our experience from operations. Our aim is to create a learning and constantly developing organizational culture.

Our company provides services in the fields of Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Change Management, Agile Transformation, Corporate Culture, Design Thinking, Experience Design, Leadership and Personal Development. It adopts the philosophy of providing services with tailor made designs to customer needs and expert professionals in the field.

OUR FOUNDER

After graduating from ITU Management Engineering, Emel Abacı Adalıoğlu worked in the field of information technologies and led end-to-end design and launch of management information systems for a chemical company. Between 2000 and 2024, she led large teams in strategic roles at Ford Otosan in operational planning, inventory planning and control, project management, supply chain strategy development, overseas parts export to four continents, supplier development and contract management, operational excellence, agile transformation, culture and leadership transformation. She has experience working with different cultures and leading joint projects, including North and South America, Far East and Europe. She has worked one-on-one with senior leaders from different cultures for over 20 years. In 2014, she received the “Most Effective Project Award” with the votes of the summit participants with her “Global Parts Export Business Model” at the Istanbul International Supply Chain Summit.

As one of the member of first agile coach cohort of Koç Holding and Ford Otosan, she worked in collaboration with the teams at Koç Holding on the structuring of the agile coach team and the design of role-based development programs between 2020-2022. She also mentored other companies on agile and cultural transformation within the Holding. Between 2022-2024, she led the determination of the company’s cultural transformation strategies and the cultural integration of Craiova Plant in Romania, which was recently incorporated into Ford Otosan.

In addition to the leadership programs of prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, she participated in the “Leadership Development Programs” at Koç University and completed the “Post Graduate Diploma for Digital Business” program at MIT and Columbia Business School in 2020. She is an Accredited Trainer by Kanban University, a Hasso Plattner Institute certified Design Thinking Coach and a Prosci certified ACMP Member Change Management Leader. She is an experienced team and executive coach who has completed ACTP and ORSC trainings and is a member of ICF. She has been mentoring leaders for over 10 years.
